Sammy at One Year

Sam will be turning the big 1 on the 15th! I can hardly believe it. That also means I will be returning to work soon, boo hoo! Here a few pictures I took of Sam for his first birthday photo shoot.

A little more Christmas cheer

Today I took some more Christmas pictures. This time just of Sammy because a) believe it or not he is more cooperative than Max right now and b) I wanted some "baby's first Christmas" pictures of him by himself like Max had. I made the onesie he is wearing, it's just a plain white Gerber onesie and then I designed the front in Photoshop and printed in on iron-on transfer paper that I bought at Wal-mart and there you have it. One baby's first Christmas onesie, which cost me about $5 or less. What's even better is that since I made it myself I was able to personalize it with his name and the year. I made a similar one for Max as well that he wore to a birthday party yesterday, so I will post a picture of that too.

My trusty assistant was there to oversee the project.

The "photo shoot" winners!

Christmas Pics!

I haven't posted in a while, but hopefully these pictures will make up for my lack of posting. Enjoy. :)

Too funny not to share

Funniest Max story to date, in my opinion. We were at mom's after skating and he had this little basketball that he stuck up his shirt, so I was like "Oooh are you going to have a baby?"

"Yes" He says "A baby boy!"

So I asked him what he was going to name the baby boy...

"Jesus" he says. Well I nearly died laughing.

"Don't laugh!" He shouted. "You shouldn't laugh at Jesus! He's a very important person you know!"

Well it seems like I have been slacking off with my blogging lately. What can I say, I have a lot on my plate right now and Fall is really busy. Here are a few snaps from the past week though, so you know some of what we have been up to.

Well, Max got some new clothes for pre-school. Can you get any more bad ass than this really?

Decorating out Christmas Child shoe boxes. He is really excited to be sending presents to some children who need them.

Max and I played BINGO on Tuesday. He took it very seriously, until he fell asleep on the couch about 3 games in!

Earlier Tuesday night we also set out to "Boo" some neighbors.

And since it seems like an awful lot of max and no Sam so far, here are some of the little terror...I mean sweetheart...

And a little sneak peak. Halloween is this weekend. Sam is going as a dragon. More pictures of that to come.
